For these last few months, something been puzzling me to no end.
I was hoping an artist with more experience could help me out finding out the answer.

Q: What are some tips for getting back to where I was?

I feel the best thing I've drawn was [link] , [link] has far more expession and feeling to it than majority of my gallery, [link] just seems right to me even though I have a few small gripes with the guy on the left, [link] was wonderful and I have no idea how I did it, and after [link] , the 'spirit' that I had in a lot of my works before it just seems to sorta die.

[link] is the last thing I know of that has the 'spirit' I'm looking for in it, as well as some sense of form

I feel like something changed drastically afterwards, and the work's appeal quickly diminishes. But what was it that changed that made the appeal go away? [link] looks okay, but it's missing what made those other pics of mine nicer. [link] has hours of effort go into trying to figure out how the lighting effects everything in it, yet lacks the charm that keeps drawing me into Kim takes a Dive time and time again. Even [link] , which I sorta liked doesn't quite have this quality. I used to think the quality was cute factor, but I see that there, and yet the image seems to be lacking whatever it is I want. And [link] didn't appeal to me much at all in the end, so I guess it's not just Kimmy that I'm missing here.

So whatever it is I'm forgetting, how do I get back to it? Any tips?
